A beautiful example of this Japanese treasure: green tea produced by steaming the leaves, yielding a glossy jade green dry leaf with a grassy, fresh aroma and a vibrant coloury liquor with subtle vegetal and saline notes. 

(Japanese Sencha green tea)

Heat freshly drawn water to about 80 degrees centigrade, infuse for three minutes and drink without milk.
