Morocco’s hot climate is conducive to cooling off in a shady spot with a hot cup of sweet mint tea. Whilst we may not enjoy the same climate, we couldn’t think of a more perfect pick-me-up or digestif than this refreshing trio of gunpowder green tea, peppermint and spearmint, decorated with aromatic safflower.

Heat freshly drawn water to about 80 degrees centigrade, infuse for three minutes and drink without milk.
