Delivery and Retuns Policy
As a small, independent business we like to be open and honest about our delivery costs.
It is important to us that we find the best delivery service for every product we sell..
Goods will normally we despatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If your order is likely to take any longer or if it has become out of stock, we will contact you.
All delivery charges apply per order. Delivery will be free if you spend over £100.00
We are currently only delivering within mainland UK .
Standard Delivery – £5.95
Dispatched and Delivered within 2-3 working days
Express Delivery (Standard Parcels) – £10.00
Orders placed by 2pm Monday – Thursday will be delivered before noon the next working day. Orders placed by 2pm on Friday will be delivered before noon the following Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered before noon the following Tuesday.
Please note, if you are ordering furniture items alongside standard delivery items or extra-large parcels, we will process and dispatch everything together and will arrive in 5-10 working days. If you require smaller items sooner we recommend placing two orders and they will be dispatched and processed separately.
We hope you will love your Follyology purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 14 days unused and it’s its original packaging and in perfect condition, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please ensure that the product is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us. We recommend using registered post and retaining the proof of postage. Please note that we cannot refund return delivery charges unless the item you received was damaged or faulty and we have been notified of this by email. firstname.lastname@example.org.
All purchases made in store will need to be returned directly to store within 14 days. This can be done in person or by posting items back to our store.
Please provide proof of purchase with your original receipt and ensure products are returned in original packaging. A refund or exchange will be issued.
